Hey guys... I just wanna know that if samsung Galaxy ACE can be rooted or not? If yes then can anyone please guide me or just paste the appropriate link here (latest)

and dont worry about the bricking thing. i have rooted mine and many other phones many times and nothing has ever happened. just 1 thing rooting will void the warranty (if any) but unrooting will resolve that.

This rooting method seems to be very easy... Now I wanna know that if there are any ICS custom roms made FOR GALAXY ACE? like cm9 or crossbones etc?

yarr i went to XDA forums and got soo confused while choosing a stable rom in which everything works like camera , filemanager, flash light , etc etc .. but didnt seemed to find any good rom or maybe i am really confused which one is official. so please help me out here .. and please find me a custom in which everything works perfect and with o issues.. please help me out yar .

roms are not official, i mean there are official roms but those are only released by specific network carriers for specific countries. Has samsung said it will release ICS for galaxy ace? if yes there will be an official ICS rom for the ace; otherwise you will have to use some custom rom.

As far as a good, stable and bug free rom, use MIUI. Its the only rom which i have experienced the minimum amount of bugs. If you can find it just tell me.

Try to install Cynogen Mod 7.2 its completely Stable with out any problem i have used it or you can go with Omega rom which is based on Stock GB rom its super stable, Rest i like Cynogen MOD9 its awesome based on ICS but you have to live with out camera and battery life is great too

which one is better CM7.2 or Omega rom v3? cuz rite now i am using omega rom v3. should i switch ?

If you want more tweaking in your rom then go for cm7.2 otherwise omega is best if you're happy with its performance.

yarr the thing is omega v3 is preety good but its not ICS based. i wanted an ICS based rom.. so that i can enjoy ICS on my ACE

Cm7.2 is not ics based rom its gingerbread based. They most stable ROM on ics based is cm9 but camera is not working but the interfacer is so smooth and experience is at whole new level that its worth it even with out working camera, Last time i have used it was on beta 8 may be new version has been released with working camera

You can clean your cache and move all apps into your sd card as its a great benefit considering that its has less than 200mb space

You have to visit XDA forum for that, but it can brick your device as well if you don't follow each and every step.

Please give me a specific link. And it doesn't matter what firmware I already have before rooting right? I mean some guides have the tag "for android 2.3.3"
