Want To Buy A house in north karachi

So here is the detailed description,

I want to buy house in North Khi prefer sectors are 5c/3 , 5c/2 , 5c/4 , 5-A/2 , 5-A/4,

Area must be at least 80 yards or 120 yards (if its 120 then it should be a single story else it would be out of my budget),west open

Locality must be good,should be elevated from road surface(1.5ft to 2ft),

the one who is willing to sell on urgent basis,like within a month or two(deal could be take place much sooner if house meets the needs and demand is reasonable,as I am serious in buying)

My budget is very very tight, so demand must be reasonable,

I experienced some dealers and I really feels that they are not trust able,coz they always tells the price higher then the original by involving the seller with them...
