8mbps ptcl is f****ed up since last week.

In Dsl settings, uncheck all boxes except adsl2 & adsl2+. Rest keep bitswap & sra enabled. Though it looks like you line is pretty bad as well. See if there are any joints from the DP box to your Modem. Change the cable if there are any joints by complaining to ptcl or get a hold off your local lineman
You are using wrong modulation.
Untick(uncheck) All except "ADSL2+" and post your line stats screen shot here
Your modem should connect(sync) with just ADSL2+ selected.
