Hi, i am new to MPG because MBL offered free gaming account to me being the DSL user and i thought why not give a try. I play MOHAA and would like to have a MOHAA program.

No it is not only for MBL Users i had a discussion with their Marketing guys they are saying that the accounts will be open for all local or International users till June 30. Most probaly they will be announcing the latest changes on webstie this week.

Plus they are also saying that they will be adding new games on regular basis so that everyone can play there MPG's. In addition they are also planning tournament as well.

What about the peoples who have a fast connection but are using Cable broadband instead of a DSL? and if it will be free then how come they will cover the cost of the setup?

As long as you have 256K bandwidth you can play at 3Gsqr Pavilion. They are offering this free to all too test their servers till June 30. I think it is cool to test and play it for free.
