[360] Recurrent Disk Read Error

Back when i got my 360,CoD:Modern Warfare 2 disk used to give an "unreadable disk" error. Tried many copies until i finally got one working.
Months later the same error has returned,only this time Halo Reach doesnt work either.
It's quite strange coz i played MW2 3-4 days ago.Tried clearing the system cache as well as removing my HD but nothing worked.
Installed the game (which finished successfully) but the error remained. Screen fades to black and before the starting logo/text appears,the game returns to the 360 menu with the error popup.
Cant blame the dashboard update coz i did it months ago (when i got Mortal Kombat) and MW2 worked back then too.

Yes it is because of dashboard update. You need to get LT+ patched discs for CoD:BO, MW2 and Halo: Reach.

You need LT+ + patched games. Also stay off LIVE.

MW2 worked fine a week ago,and i patched my xbox a 'month' ago (n i dont use xbox Live) :S
