I need to make some 3D animated tutorials regarding construction safety. One example is Electrical Work Safety Awareness Training - YouTube which is exactly what I'm looking to make.

Can someone tell me what software these guys mightve used? Since this is my research topic, I don't have much resources.

you can do all of this with 3ds max photo shop and after effects! pretty much!

I do know many ppl who can do this!! but i will suggest if you are a uni student, do it yourself! these animations are costly!!
still if you want to talk to someone let me know!!

I want to know a tentative cost, if I can cover it. Learning this would take a lot of time, which I don't have really.
