Want To Buy 23" IPS monitor & a lower budget GPU required

Monitor should be minimum 23" with 1080p IPS. narrow bezel one wil be preferred with adjustable stand.

Don't need gpu for games. A lower end basic graphic card will do just fine for basic stuff.
