You can run 2x skyrims at a time with that card lol. I suggest you install those texture mods, they won't hit performance that bad. Also another tip is to install FXAA injector for Skyrim. Cuz in game AntiAliasing eats too much performance and does not give defined edges. FXAA will give you what ingame AA gives, and won't hit performance that bad either.
If you have a 570, these will work like a charm. All they do is replace some models (no affect on performance) and textures (small performance affect if VRAM is less than 1 GB).
Rest would be good.
Me on the 6950 got 30-40 FPS in heavy areas and 50 to 60 FPS in all other areas at highest settings.

You have to experiment which value works for you. If you want 1920x1080, try to enter values near it if that doesn't work. 1950x1096 worked for me. When you create that res, you simply have to select it as option in the game menu, it will be listed there. For some games it isn't listed, you have to set that res before you start the game.

No it worked for me at my native res 1680x1050 but I created a custom and higher res anyway for better results since the game isn't demanding.
I still think that the developers have the real ending hidden from us. It will be revealed either as a full game or as an expansion/DLC.
Cuz so many glaring mistakes in such a huge game is impossible + @Masseffect telling users to keep save files intact too. Possibly for future game/DLC.

Shepard was on the citadel, but was not on the inner wards of the citadel where this is present. And the seal is nowhere to be seen in the scene covering the citadel.

You are wrong if you think they can create atmosphere. Its mass (and density aka more dense the body stronger the atmosphere) that creates atmosphere. Magnetic force ignores objects that are not charged AKA ignores all the objects that are in the air.
