Rates change each day. Lhr to KL is most expensive followed by qatar and then lastly karachi to kl. There are other cheaper airlines too but their max luggage weight is less.
I will be opting for direct flight lhr to KL. If not then qatar airlines or Karachi to KL .

I applied on 20th Thursday after that there were 3 holidays so my passport arrived at embassy 24th Monday, on Wednesday stamp was posted on my Visa and now I am waiting for it to come back.
