What I know is as listed below:
1. DHL charges too much, u can go to their website I think there is a calculator. A graphic card import from USA to Pakistan costs abt 100+ dollars from DHL.
2. Local Service, like USA has USPS(United States Postal Service) will do the service cheaper depending on product weight. But they will hand the product to Pakistan Post which will then deliver it to u. And Pakistan Post, is sometimes unreliable.
3. Duty Charges. Well noone can guarantee how much charges u will have to pay. But it will range from 500-3000 rupees or even a lil more. But a little trick, when ur relatives are going to fill in the form while sending ur package, ask them to tick the GIFT option or write in bold letters as GIFT. And they should write it's value as 20 dollars, which will make the duty lower.
Though if u have a contact in customs office in pakistan, u can get the charges of duty waived!
