yeah 598 is good but i just want something to hook up to my laptop. will be getting a pair of IEMs for my phone/mp3 player. looking at Ultimate Ears 700, Sennheiser IE8 and Monster Turbine High Performance right now.

I still couldn't get the best bass settings.
But I reduced flexibass and went to the Bass Preset and increased slightly the 1k and 2k sliders. That was good enough for my measly Bose AEs.
But I'm sure this is not all and that it can get better. I mean, the 0670 had better bass than this :S

Could you help me out with setting up the Asus Xonar DG? I can't seem to get the bass i want, boomy and high for music, and treble rather low around 40-60% i had better bass in a 0670
