The bank is charging you around 172 for USD , same thing happened to me recently as well

I ordered something from Alibaba and paid through my debit card. The transaction cost me 2k more than the total amount which included the 3% processing fee. That's like 11 dollars more. Anybody know what's this extra fees/charges? Checked google for latest USD to PKR rates. Maybe the bank is following some diff rates? XD
