Just found out the there r free games on OVI store which r not available in Pakistan :S
but i found a way to download em
like
the simple way to download this game is to use the xterminal, all you need is aptitude
here is a step by step instruction:
1.Download rootsh (It is available in application manager)
2.Open xterminal and write "root" or "sudo gainroot" (without the quotes obviously)
3.write "apt-get install aptitude"
4.Once the installation package finishes downloading, write in xterminal "aptitude install kroll"
5.After the game finishes downloading, play
but this game has serious bugs to be honest,it eats up a lot of space in root and if the root gets full, then you wont be able to download or install anything and will require a reflash.I don't know if this bug has been fixed or not.

Okay all N900 owners, there is good news for you.
1.PR 1.3 firmware update is going to come out soon, possibly in November and it may include dual booting of Meego a new OS made by Nokia and Intel for netbooks and their future N9, if MeeGo comes on the N900 then this device will be alive again, currently you can say that Maemo 5 is dead.
2.NITDroid 0.9 will be launching soon and will include many bug fixes (For those who are unaware NITDROID is a froyo 2.2 port for the n900)
People who wish to get more applications on the N900 can enable to extra devel repository in their application manager.
Here are instructions on how to:
In the Application Manager:
Navigate to the application menu (tap the title bar)
Select ‘Application catalogs’
Select ‘New’
Enter a catalog name of ‘Maemo extras-devel’
Enter a web address of
http://repository.maemo.org/extras-devel
Enter a distribution of ‘fremantle’
Enter components of ‘free non-free’
Select ‘Save’
Please note that these softwares may cause unstability since they are not in their final release and I wont be responsible if anything goes wrong, for me they have worked fine but my root space for some reason had gone full for which I had to do a complete reflash of my device.
For those who wish to overclock their N900 can download Titan Kernal in order to enable overclocking, more information can be found on maemo.org and their wiki.
If anyone needs help about this device then I am here to help.
I am a N900 extreme user.
This device is really awesome and is capable of a lot of features, its CPU and chipset is just amazing,I am running it on 900mhz from its stock 650mhz and it can overclock up to 1200mhz,the max I have achieved is 1000mhz.But it produces a lot of heat at 1ghz.
Nokia N900n at 900mhz is blazing fast and even NitDroid runs fine on it.
Lets hope Meego comes for this device and then this device will become truly amazing.
