most hyped up games are often shit as well, but atleast they're hyped up and people know of their existence, as opposed to something that remains hidden in obscurity, and completely passes by without raising a single eyebrow no matter how good or bad it was. That's pretty much Wolfenstein at this point. Not a single press release or preview and the game is what, 2 weeks away ?.

as ahsan already stated, this is the father of the FPS genre, surely it deserves to be treated much better by it's creators.

@Chandoo...You have a point....but no publicitiy != bad game. Don't know why but it is rather strange that this game is going unnoticed uptil its release. Old fans will still be aware... but a lil more enthusiasm from the devs wouldn't hurt the game. Its on the bottom of my anticipated titles anyway... so I'm still halfhearted about its success. Having played the previous titles ALOT (especially the MP), will definitely finish it off once though.

Oh n btw, this wasnt about Wolfenstien, this was about how Fighitng Games are so manly, fast paced, fast executed and for the fast minded ... NOT!

You're taking it in a completely different direction actually. It wasn't about comparing the games, was about comparing why one should be interested in either of these. I still haven't seen a valid reason as to why we should be interested in Wolfenstein.

The actual conversation was about discussing Tekken and a side remark on Wolfenstein dragged us into pointless debates. Bottom line, Tekken was definitely worth the discussion.

    You reap what you sow. This is what happens when you take away choice from consumers. Even with 88% split going to developers, they can't recoup costs. Meanwhile, Helldivers 2 is a massive hit for Sony thanks in big part to Steam.
