BFV was a disaster, therefore not expecting much from this. That said, the return to a modern setting is a plus for me. If the mp is anything like that of BF3/4, I may be interested in giving it a go. Otherwise, I don't see myself switching over from COD, a series with better gunplay.
BFV was a disaster. Didn't even like the beta, let alone wasting money on the final game.

I have always been a Battlefield fan but the last two battlefield games were a big turn off for me due to the historical settings. Modern settings work best for a battlefield game and I am glad that they are finally getting back to where BF3/4 left off.
As with BF3, last gen consoles gonna struggle with this hard.

I mean, even that "disaster" is better than several CoD games this past gen, esp the latest CoD. Prolly should've played that instead

I have heard that it is now unplayable in countries which do not support handful of third world countries not recognized by Sony like Pakistan. Steam is a true global platform.Then they cry that console gaming is dying. -

You reap what you sow. This is what happens when you take away choice from consumers. Even with 88% split going to developers, they can't recoup costs. Meanwhile, Helldivers 2 is a massive hit for Sony thanks in big part to Steam.iampasha said: -
