how to block/unblock mobile phone

Asalam o Alaikum

one of my distant relative has been using my new phone for last few months and not intending to return me back so i want to get my android phone (Redmi note 8 pro) temporary blocked. Can anyone tell me its procedure ? is it easy ? and can i get it unblock easily after receiving it (i have its full box and warranty card)

Getting it blocked should be relatively easy.

Inform PTA and they will add it's IMEIs to the stolen phone database and it will get blocked by Pakistani networks.

However, I can't imagine that getting an IMEI removed from that blacklist is easy.

Would be best to just deal with your relative instead of getting the phone unblocked and dealing with the PTA headache.

Get in touch with his parents. Easiest way to get your phone back. Let them know how much the mobile is worth & make sure they realize that the phone was given on temporary basis & now you need it. Get his older siblings involved as well. No need to go such extreme lengths as getting your phone blocked.
If that is not possible, then threaten to file a police report. You don't need that kind of a person in your life anyway.

    Started Dead Island 2, and i find it pretty lame. The story is shit. The characters are either cringe or bland (all 6 of them), The gameplay isn't fun. Even the goddamn zombies don't behave like proper zombies. They're all fast & intelligent unlike how zombies are supposed to be like. Any fan of "zombie" genre cannot possibly like this shitfest of a game. Dying Light 2 was million times better than this shit.

    tbh gaming industry as a whole is failing much like tech industry. They have buckled down too much to Corporate suites then relying on passionate and innovative people. A corporate only believes in financial growth and shareholders.
