That means they're adjusted their antennas to give coverage to another "spread" of area, and your house is, simply, unlucky.
Edit: to prove my point, this is at my previous house - it goes to show that even though the signal strength isn't strong enough, there isn't enough external interference (other radio waves, jammers, antenna placement) to ruin the performance.
I don't know what it is these guys do differently than the other operators but it could be the antenna tilts/coverage preference/interference from adjacent cells... Not sure. And maybe there's interference from other networks, or just lots of concrete, or trees. Or maybe the other networks have reduced their transmitting power (one requisite for spectrum reuse) and perhaps that's happened in your case, in your antenna. Really can't say.
If it doesn't work for you, you're free to switch over to another network.
Edit 2: same house, upstairs. Look at the better signal strength and worse off performance.

Signal strength and speed are mostly NOT interdependent .. I have seen 20 Mbps + speed on -106 strength on telenor network when I put my phone in a strange upside down tilting direction in my room.. and when I hold the phone normally , speed downgrades to less than 4 Mbps while the signal strength is the same i.e -106That means they're adjusted their antennas to give coverage to another "spread" of area, and your house is, simply, unlucky.

Edit : i have to hold the phone in my hand to get that speed , if i hold my phone there by tying it with something it doesnt work .. i MUST have to hold my phone in hands to get that speed. Sadly its not on my bed and can't use a chair too so i had to keep standing there, so can't use that for much longer lol
If I go outside and hold phone normally, I get around 8-10 Mbps speed on around -95 to -98 strength and that is a full bar. But if i tilt phone upside down like i did in my room , it does not have any speed increasing effect like in my room. Weird things happen in this world i guess ..

There's a general correlation, although correlation doesn't always mean causation in Mobilink's case. I believe it's their transmitting power which is generally higher (fewer antennas but faster speeds, less spectrum reuse in place) than Zong or Telenor (more towers, have to reduce power per cell, which means weaker signal quality or so)... in very layman terms. Transmitting power is reduced so that radiowaves on the same frequencies don't overlap.
So it could be that [MENTION=136639]zafarabbasrizvi[/MENTION] is living in an area where they've dialed down the signal power because they had more towers in the vicinity, or some other disturbance/obstruction has popped up reducing his speeds. And I think it's the latter since it's not working well on his rooftop as well.
I guess its only bad for you, Jazz 4G for me, look at the speed graph quiet stable

Jazz is overall shit in Faisalabad irrespect of the location. Never go beyond 10 Mbps even with ideal conditions. They do acknowledge issue here when complain but do nothing. All they explain is there are less 4G sites in city and more load of users. Depends on which has better coverage at your area tbh.
Packages on both are pretty decent, but Jazz and Zong can either be really good, or really shit, depending on where you live.
I had zong before. Signals inside my house and near my house weren't very good. Otherwise, it ran just fine. I'll go with Jazz this time around. At least I'll be able to make calls out of my home then.

Started Dead Island 2, and i find it pretty lame. The story is shit. The characters are either cringe or bland (all 6 of them), The gameplay isn't fun. Even the goddamn zombies don't behave like proper zombies. They're all fast & intelligent unlike how zombies are supposed to be like. Any fan of "zombie" genre cannot possibly like this shitfest of a game. Dying Light 2 was million times better than this shit.
