What are the temps of the processor? check them, possible they might be overheating and shutting down your PC. and the PC wont startup unless the processor has cooled down to safe limits.

Can you confirm if the PC still has it's original heatsink?
What are the temps of CPU when in use?
Do you get any beeps while starting the PC?
Can you confirm if you're using an external GPU?

I realized that my system goes into no display mode when i left it idle because today i played games for several hours they ran just fine i am using original hsf bro that came with the system however upon purchase i had some crap AMD Athlon II x4 processor so i replaced it with Phenom ii x6 3.3 GHz also i have changed the stock under-powered PS with Rosewill RP500 (using the system on this configuration for almost 6 months never gave me trouble)...
The idle temps of the CPU are b/w 26c to 53c
The temps of the cpu when stressed or gaming are b/w 55c to 69c
The GPU is external Geforce GTX 660 Ti

It could be many things. But i suspect it's a GPU issue primarily. I remember my GTX260 developed similar issue where it would work fine in video games, but eventually would give no-display issue, where fans would start spinning at full speeds (all fans of PC), with PC being totally unresponsive. It was a VRM issue, the small thingies used to regular voltage. Eventually i had to replace it.

The reason why i say this, is because if it was a CPU heating issue ... then the system wouldn't shut down instead of spinning at full speeds, to save the CPU from over heating. If it was a RAM issue, then the PC would 'freeze' first, before either restarting itself or being stuck in same state.

So yeah ...

I can able to shutdown the system normally by pressing ALT + F4 key on the keyboard it means the system still works when it goes into rolling blackout suspecting if its GPU issue then can it be repaired or fixed easily what do you say

Are you sure that the PC is not going into sleep mode when left untouched? Or is it more of an 'abrupt blackout' issue (i.e. sudden loss of display while using the PC).

First you will have to confirm it's indeed a GPU issue. Better use the GPU in another PC and see if the problem persists. OR, use an alternative GPU in your current system (or use onboard, if there is one).
This is the only way to properly diagnose the issue.

Obviously its not going into sleep mode because the fans of the gpu starts to spin at full speed and screen becomes black whenever that headache occurs the good thing is since yesterday the system is working properly, I have touched nothing until now

Strange.

Take out your GPU and use on-board graphics to make sure GPU isn't the culprit. My guess is a faulty GPU (problem with some ICs, probably). Doubt overheating is the problem in this particular case.

I am using that computer without GPU no issues detected so far but strange thing is the gpu works okay in games i doubt there is some malfunction in OS or drivers might be misbehaving with GPU power management features anyway i am going to install the GPU in different PC see what would be the result

its a GPU issue i tried to bake the card then it worked for some days without hassle now the same problem has occurred occasionally the PC goes into black screen mode after using it for couple of hours i think its time to pull out the GPU and hit it with sledgehammer

if we are moving towards more and more popular trash across platforms that make billions for companies, I'm happy with all the barriers and exclusivity because at least that brings some pressure to create good stuff.

Started Dead Island 2, and i find it pretty lame. The story is shit. The characters are either cringe or bland (all 6 of them), The gameplay isn't fun. Even the goddamn zombies don't behave like proper zombies. They're all fast & intelligent unlike how zombies are supposed to be like. Any fan of "zombie" genre cannot possibly like this shitfest of a game. Dying Light 2 was million times better than this shit.
