Hello.
I want to know if hbl debit card is good for online payment.I'm an ACCA student and I have to pay exam fees to ACCA online in pounds.
I'm currently using UBL Wiz card to pay fee but they are charging me 6-7rs per pound extra. It makes about 800-900 rs extra per paper (my exam cost 132 pounds).
Does HBL debit card also charges these?I just want to pay exam fee.
Which Standard Chartered Credit Card Visa vs MasterCard should I get?
Which Standard Chartered Credit Card Visa vs MasterCard should I get?
1. Visa silver
2. MasterCard silver
Credit Card will only be used for Steam, Daraz.pk and other online shopping. Because my Standard Chartered Debit Card is not always accepted online.
I don't like to ask others for Credit Card for online shopping.
Get MCB lite card will always work and It will for any place online too. and the best thing is 300rp annul charges only. rather then 3k or something insane on credit cards. if you still wish to use credit card. Then it doesn't matter Visa MasterCard. both are same.

i would like to point out that alfalah's credit card have no annual fee
i have only tried it on aliexpress few times and it was fine so daraz, steam etc should also be fine
plus they allow to submit the payment online via other bank just like online transfer, no need to go to bank to do so
To activate you need to load some amount into your card, and for loading money they always made some lame excuse like our system is not working, the guy who does this is on leave. After loading money then sometimes when you call, they will hang up or once said our system is not working. I made a complain too. Maybe staff in my nearby bank is just extra lazy

That's how i did, Got card. Logged in my MCB online account Transferred money into my MCB lite. Called help line got them to activate my MCB lite and asked them link my MCB account with MCB lite so its yearly fee can be deducted from my main. Done.
Note: Some other banks do allow money transfer to MCB lite directly too via there online Web site.
I have also been looking for an answer to this question and found out that Alfalah and Askari bank Credit cards have no annual charges. But my bank account is in MCB and I will have to pay the bill by going to the branch which is a hassle for me, so I did not apply. I have also heard good feedback of Faysal and Silkbank.

I have heard that it is now unplayable in countries which do not support handful of third world countries not recognized by Sony like Pakistan. Steam is a true global platform. Then they cry that console gaming is dying.
