Yep, then that means the phone and the app don't like each other. That said, the RSRQ was -11 - could you try taking a quick speed test and let us know what download speed you get? Best way is to start the test, quickly take a screenshot, and then close the app (so you don't run out of your quota).

So ZONG is offering MBB package of 65gb/month + 10gb (through free sim) for Rs. 1,666 (if pay advance 6 months). Is this the cheapest package around for 4G data? I have given up on witribe lte.

Regarding my porting: I went to Telenor's franchise in F10 (going from Blue Area is a pain), did the biometric and stuff, got the message that my porting request was received via SMS.

The next day (Wednesday) when I sent a message to inquire about the porting status (for fun), it said "no porting request has been received in the past 60 days". I couldn't even ring their helpline up because it just wouldn't connect - landline or otherwise.

I decided to try again on Thursday, and the same message. I then rang them up, the call went through, and they said that my biometric verification hadn't been done so it wasn't processed.

Honestly, I don't know which network is worse now. I'll try visiting their franchise in Scheme 3 and see if they do it, else... Ugh.

Zong is giving 50% extra data on new MBB devices. 36 gb in 1500/m and 97 gb in 2500/m

Check data speed of Zong in your area before buying.

I went to the shitty Scheme 3 one when I ported back from Zong, took no time at all. It was around 12:30 on a Thursday, completely empty.

Also, just saying that it may not necessarily be in their control always - I remember when Wateen's network used to give ~50ms ping to 8.8.8.8 (tested in Lahore and Islamabad Club - they havd a corporate connection installed there, and you could use it via their crap wifi) but was 165ms on Nayatel - and both use TW1.

Nayatel now has around 55ms ping. So - my point being - it may not entirely be in their control.

I did complain and they said thatz the best possible route they can give.. Nothing can be done.. But previously i use to get 60ms on the same ip... Thats what i am thinking that why is that changed.

Not entirely true but TW might be unwilling to allocate the optimised route to Telenor though I don't know if your complaint went that far that they contacted TW for this.

I dont think so... But i am sure they were using TW1 routing before thats why i bought their device.. Otherwise i would have just not bought it and spent money... I am really regretting it now..
