Advice needed on G-PC buildup

AoA fellas, how are you all ?
I need some suggestions + advice on building up new gamimg PC, please shed some your opinions with suitable reason as iam building up from scratch since 2007 (my first PC for gaming)...

Parts in my mind:
1. Intel core i5 7600k
2. Asus ROG mobo (specifically dont know which to go for)
3. Corsair vengence 16gb memory kit
4. Asus ROG strix gtx 1070
5. WD 1TB caviar black
6. SSD 120GB (which brand is better please suggest)
7. EVGA supernova NEX750B or 750 B2

Intel 8th gen is around the corner so I suggest wait for the processor part and get an i5 8600k instead of i7 7600k.On paper and in some benchmarks, the 8th gen cpu's proved to be better in performance than previous gen.Not to mention 8700k which bury's the 7700k in dust lol.
For gpu again if you wait a little bit , you can get 1070 in some less price as 1070Ti is around the corner too.

I was talking about about 7th gen i5-7600k, not i7, for 8th gen i dont think there will be any major differences, also it will be expensive ...

And for the gpu part, am not seeing any Ti version of 1070, as there is no official statements on internet about it ...

Anyhow, what about mobo n ssd, any suggestion ?

There are some rumors that 1070Ti is launching at the end of October this year

For ssd , if you are going for sata based ssd then go for the zotac premium edition and if you will be going for m.2 ssd then corsair is best
good mobo depends on your budget and other things as well like if you want rgb , ssd raid etc

You can get (not in Pakistan yet) an i5-8400 which beats 7700K handily and costs ~15 K less keeping the average Pakistani price. i5 7th gen has 4 cores while i5 8th gen has 6 cores, so atleast 50% advantage in multithreaded workloads. i5 8400 is being touted as the sweet spot. Do wait for it if you have form 2007.

Importing by some person (relative etc) will shave off a lot of cost. But dealing with warrranty will be a hassle.

I think best approach will be to build a PC in US, stress test it there and then bring it to Pakistan. But that requires a lot of assumptions.

Depends what your actual budget is. 7th Gen i5 (unlocked) is still more that what you will need for gaming IMHO, & as a user of 1070, its still a beast. introduction of newer versions usually drives the prices of older versions down a bit, so you will be able to get the ones you finalized quite cheaper. For SSD, go for Samsung 850 series. They are reliable and usually easily available on PG as well as in the market.

First of all, if you are buying a complete rig at this point, go for z370 and coffee lake, hands down. Buy a 8600k and that is technically identical to last gen's unlocked i7. And for SSD, keep samsung your first preference always as there is nothing better than them.
For PSU, go for:

Even a 650W is an overkill, let alone 750W. You can even run your PC with 450W PSU at 100% rock solid with these specs. Point being, go lower in wattage but don't compromise on quality.

Also if you can, then go mini ITX or at least micro ATX, because there is no need for a huge ATX case and motherboard at this point. They were only good in old multi gpu days, now a days a single more powerful gpu is far far better than any multi gpu one.

These are not the actual prices, let them be in stock. Both of these come with ALL the goodies you will ever want and maybe even more as these have onboard wifi, bluetooth unlike many ATX boards which dont even have the slot of wifi cards let alone the card.
