Which is cheapest 3GB/32GB samsung smartphone available in market?

Phone should be new and easily available in market.

Its should offer 12 month warranty (no grey phone)

It must be on Android 6.0 or above.

It must be dual sim supported.

Galaxy A5 (2017).
Has 3GB/32GB, available with official PTA certification and local warranty, USB Type C and has 6.0.1 with 7.0 update coming. It is Dual SIM as well.

Oh. A5 2017 is the only cheapest option. It does not seems very cheap. Why you want to buy a samsung phone? You should buy atleast android N to enjoy Split Screen with 3GB ram.

A5 is 16 GB. I need 32 GB model.
