My connection has been down for 3 days now and sadly no one comes to check and fix it despite multiple calls on the helpline and WhatsApp support. I'm guessing they're probably busy fixing issues that others have been facing since yesterday.
It's really bad when you're the only one with the issue because then it's almost impossible for you to get them to check on the issue. Anyone has any tips on who do I call or what I can do to get the fiber team to visit? [emoji14]
