Haven't heard of it before but I checked the notes on basenotes(dot)net its seems very similar to Acqua di Gio. The price of both is almost same acqua di Gio eau de parfum is around 10k for 100ml bottle.
Oh no the price isn't the same. It's 35$ vs 80$ for the 200ml bottle. The great thing is that the PE lasts longer than AdG. Sadly I couldn't order it the last time around (got that stupid Joop Homme instead).

One of the initial fragrance i used to have when i entered into perfumes! A great scent it was!
Yeah I'm loving it so far. This and L'Eau Bleue d'Issey. The others I like too but longevity matters a lot to someone like me who doesn't carry a perfume on them and these two are the champs in that regard.

I have a question. Chrome Legend is 23$ on fragrancex and I got it for about 3k here. Why is it that other scents are way more expensive locally compared to fragrancex? Sure the 20% duty increases with price but still..

I think frangrancex is selling products online only and since they have /get tester products as well may be that's why the discounted prices. Chorme Legend like Cool Water is quiet common and easily available in the market so may be that's why they have low price, something like Chanel, Dior, YSL or Creed, are like premium brands so are expensive.

They sell testers separately. The normal bottles have slightly higher prices (still a lot lower than the market). And they have the premium stuff for a much lower price as well.

Anyway, any idea what Versace Pour Homme costs here? I've seen it online (Daraz) but their prices are usually higher than local market.

Yeah you are right i checked there website again. Yes they do sell at lower prices.

Yayvo.com has it listed for Rs.5000/- for 100ml bottle which actually is a quiet good price considering the fact that fragrancex is selling it for around $40. But surprisingly daraz's price for VPH is even lower than Rs.5000/-, however i'm skeptical about the authenticity of their product. Anyhow, VPH is definitely on my buying list considering the positive reviews i have seen online for it!

If longevity means a lot to you, then i would suggest giving A*Men by Thierry Mugler a try. For me it has an outstanding longevity (8+ hours easily). If you are interested in trying it, I have a slightly used spray refilled bottled which i'm considering selling. You can pm for details.

There's an even cheaper website, fragrance.com. They're also legit. I got about 10 scents from them, some for myself. They have Vph listed at $33 for 100ml and $44 for 200ml. FragranceX ships to Pakistan but the issue is custom. I'd love some insight from someone who has already gotten beauty products shipped from abroad. The custom is supposed to be 20% which is like 800 PKR for a 40$ scent. One can ask the seller to show a slight lower value on the invoice.

Would have been great if we could use PG's own importers but they're way too greedy for this stuff. I got an estimated 1-2k charges per bottle from one of them. 1500 per bottle defeats the purpose unless you're importing Chanel or a Creed or something like that.

Anyway, I know about Angel. Scentsation quoted me a price of 8,700 PKR. I'm assuming they had that fancy metal version. I'll check it out at Shaheen, to test. My first purchase from them has been excellent. The bottle had a small rough spot but the scent is fantastic. Lasts all day. Azzaro Chrome Legend.

Got gifts of Just call me Maxi and Police dark perfumes?? Are they legit brands and any good?
If I'm not wrong, Maxi is a ladies' perfume. It's not a very well-known brand but the scent should be good. As for the Police scent, it should be good if it's orignal. I had a bottle of Police To Be (or not to be) a couple of years back and it was a nice scent.

Yeah i know about fragrance.com. Yeah would be really helpful if someone can share their experience.

8,700 is quiet steep, so had to be the fancy version. Mine is the refill bottle which i bought it for around 5,500. Yes do give it a try, it has a very unique fragrance! and if you like it and want to get it for lower price, then pm for the details since i'm looking to sell mine.

I looked into it. The extra amount isn't 20%.. It's close to 50%. So unless you've some links in customs.. No point.

And yeah I'll check it out.

I'm glad I got a Cool Water flanker. It's called Night Dive, and it smells nothing like the Cool Water. Got a 200ml bottle. This is gonna last a long time.

It's kinda sweet and fruity. Not nauseating. Love it.
@paradigm Have you tried these Ajmal fragrances? A lot of them have pretty good reviews on fragrantica.

Utopia II Ajmal cologne - a fragrance for men 2014 for instance.

Also, anyone here used Versace Pour Homme? I'll be getting a couple of scents this weekend (one for myself, one for my mom). Budget would be around 10k. Would appreciate suggestions.

Edit: Nvm. Made up my mind.

No i haven't but will look into it!

I would also like to try VPH, probably gonna drop by some perfume shop and check! though i'm a bit late for suggestion but would highly recommend Versace Yellow Diamond & Bright Crystal for women and Michael Korrs for men.

Noted. Though both of these have little to no sillage. Isn't sillage supposed to the hallmark of ladies scents?

Anyway, I came across Givenchy Xeryus on Daraz today. Anyone here tried it? Looks to be a pretty good scent. As for my purchase.. I'm currently trying to get a quote from amaga on perfume import. Hopefully his rates will be good.

For bright crystal i can't comment but for yellow diamond i can confirm that it has very good sillage.
Looking forward to it, do share!

Started Dead Island 2, and i find it pretty lame. The story is shit. The characters are either cringe or bland (all 6 of them), The gameplay isn't fun. Even the goddamn zombies don't behave like proper zombies. They're all fast & intelligent unlike how zombies are supposed to be like. Any fan of "zombie" genre cannot possibly like this shitfest of a game. Dying Light 2 was million times better than this shit.

tbh gaming industry as a whole is failing much like tech industry. They have buckled down too much to Corporate suites then relying on passionate and innovative people. A corporate only believes in financial growth and shareholders.
