See what the device reports - the SNR between the tower and your device is what matters. You need to measure that.

Use this on your phone. I don't think you have to be rooted, but the two bars on the top part of the screen: the left most is the signal strength (which is also what the phone shoes) and the right one is the signal quality (which should be in green or yellowish). If this second bar is red, or keeps fluctuating, you won't have decent service all the time...
And I suspect this is the case at your end.

Started Dead Island 2, and i find it pretty lame. The story is shit. The characters are either cringe or bland (all 6 of them), The gameplay isn't fun. Even the goddamn zombies don't behave like proper zombies. They're all fast & intelligent unlike how zombies are supposed to be like. Any fan of "zombie" genre cannot possibly like this shitfest of a game. Dying Light 2 was million times better than this shit.
