What is Ali Express?
It is an international shopping website based in China, Mainly a subsidiary of Taobao due to its successful trust building policy between customers and the seller.

Note About the Thread
Due to a good number of customers from Pakistan importing items from this website. (And threads popping up)
This thread will now serve as a purpose of information hub for the website.
Share your experience, troubles, or anything. So others users can be aware of it.

Rules are as follow

1. No Off-topic discussion.
2. Questions regarding which Debit/Credit card to get should be asked here. (Exception for AE-related stuff)

4. Customs related inquiry can be posted here. (Exception for AE-related stuff)

Additional Information
Gathered from former threads that had appeared here.

1. It takes 30-46 Days minimum for your item to arrive. (It is recommended to use Registered post)
2. Can be claimed at the GPO Or it arrives at your house, Provided it is not an electronic device. (Which requires additional taxation)
3. Ordering Electronic items, such as Phones, Android Devices, or Computer Parts will be prone to custom taxation, it is advise against importing it.
4. Use at your own risk.
5. Always buy from sellers with 95+ Rating.
6. When ordering a Phone, Given you are ready to pay the customs, you'll also need an NOC from PTA to claim the Phone from them. (IMEI is required)

Delivery Information
Pooled from the web and thread.

1. Majority of Delivery timings are under <15-20 Days.
2. Most successful delivery's are under Registered Mail or private Couriers.
3. Incase you lose your items. Please dont open a dispute with the seller until the last week of your buyers protection time.
4. Most item's are lost or misplaced by Pakistan Post, in which case, you should lodge a complaint everytime it happens. You will help yourself as well as everyone else here.
5. Your parcel may take more than a week or two to reach you after landing in Pakistan.

Track Your Package
1. Grab the tracking number from your AE shipping page.
2. Use the following site to track it.
PackageRadar - track the delivery process of your online orders. Package tracking made easy!

I recommend making an account on there so it sends you notification everytime theres an update.

Ali Express Shipment method Singapore post om pro

has any one used this method and received any thing in karachi or any other city ? its more then 30 days i have no update on my three seperate item coming from singapore post om pro. can any one guide on this ?

I did. And yes i received the package in Peshawar.What's more i was unable to track it. Because most of the tracking websites were showing the tracking number as not valid.. I hope this helps. Try to message the seller may be he could tell you something.

bro i track on 4px site and it says its in hong kong but its not trackable in pakistan. please tell how many days did it took to deliver in peshawar ?

I have no idea really like some parcel takes months. Like my USB it literally took 38 days although that was China Post. But that Singapore Post parcel took near to month. So the best thing i could suggest you is to wait. And if it have reached Pakistan it usually takes a week to reach you.

did tracking info showed anything about reaching pakistan ?. are you sure it was "4px singapore post im pro" ?

Forget about the product after ordering via AliExpress. Always received it when it is due. Else after 60 days its fill refund always. Nothing to worry about AliExpress is the best

Hey guys, Im sorry for intervening, @Mods sorry dont want to create a new thread.

So i just want an opinion here, i want to order these Razer Kraken Headphones from Aliexpress, so they usually come with a big box like the headphones do, the thing here im asking is that will the Pakistan Customs/Post guys to confiscate/add custom taxes or as usual (Harap to nahi lengay?) have you ever got such item from aliexpress if yes than confirm or no then will they(Aliexpress/Seller) refund it for sure after 60 days ?

Yes bro, im here to help you.. singapore post takes 12-25 days for the parcel to be delivered.. around 85-90% of my parcels arrive in less then 18 days.. i have even received some of my parcels in 8-12 days.. i have orders over 300+ from aliexpress.. peshawar gpo and customs are fine for me(after pti govt.).. no custom tax on my parcels even if there are in range of $80-$150.. although i had to pay custom tax 4 or 5 times.. once when i ordered a phone from aliexpress which came in 18 days.. and in ramadan, the courier guy charges 100rs/each parcel.. so i avoid ordering stuff from aliexpress in ramadan.. but still 100rs is nothing considering the amount of items i order.. i have order alot of electronic goods.. cars entertainment systems.. USBs, even android tv box etc no custom tax

apart from singapore post. ill suggest you to use netherland post and hongkong post.. china air mail is shit but parcel do arrive in 18-24days

today i received one of my two parcels from 4px. waiting for last one. i havent paid customs till yet just chai pani to postman [emoji14] . next time i am ordering via registered airmail only

Choose registered airmail like china post registered airmail but still it depends on the postman in your area. Most postman and checker take parcels to their home by faking signatures.

yes you can but pak post is the slowest govt depart. i havent heard any one facing issues in karachi but in lahore it gets detained by customs

What if i have some one known in my post office but hell still we cant trust them anyway, i dont think there are custom taxes on this, though my friend ordered couple of games from play-asia he successfully got them in 9 to 10 days, and with that hope i preordered Battlefield 1 myself from play-asia lets see if ill get it or not by the start of november.

If he got from play asia then there would be no issue in receiving from china post. My advice, go ahead order something cheap to see the delivery time and reliability of post office.
