i never ordered anything bcz shipping is too high , :/

you can buy from khi locally , there are so many sellers who sell original , its only problem for the cities like me jahan kuch hota hi ni he tu bina dekhy deal krny k dar se online lena pary , but if you can go in market and you can easily check that supplement is fake or original :)

fake packs wont be plastic warped , fake wont be sealed under the the lid/cap of jar , fake packs wont have extra information mentioned or mentioned correctly like protien ratio and servings and scoop sizes , manufacturing expiry and stuff....

Optimum nutrition serious mass is good to go..!! increase ypur carbs as well as protein you will bulk up

Guys ive been working out for last 7 months ive very nice back with mass and cuts but the problem is rest of my body looks not even close to the Real gym guys, by gym guys i mean like white people we see on youtube, is it because of my diet? I havent used Whey or any other supplements+I eat Fresh Cream in the morning and by the morning i mean "11am" yeah i wake up late
Could you guys give me a proper diet plan? or something i could follow and improve my physique

I am getting lower belly, and i wanna shed it
moreover my brother in law just came back from Thailand and i asked him to bring creatine and whey gold along with him.
Today i took 1 tea spoon of creatine in water bottle and drank it pre-workout
and now which is before going to bed or you can say post work out i added 1 table spoon of creatine in my pomegranate juice.
Am i doing wrong or something, it was mentioned in the box.

lower belly wont flat with any supplement , you are talking about fats actually you should do abs workout , supps are fine but you must train abs for the belly reshapping

Hands and fingers shivering, cant hold cellphine still diifficult to tale pics.

I felt tis shivering symptons 4.5 months before when i was doing intense and heavy arms training and front shoulders delts.

Ihavent done any workout since ramzan and need to start that again.

This shivering could be brain related or nerves, muscles and bloodflow !

    Started Dead Island 2, and i find it pretty lame. The story is shit. The characters are either cringe or bland (all 6 of them), The gameplay isn't fun. Even the goddamn zombies don't behave like proper zombies. They're all fast & intelligent unlike how zombies are supposed to be like. Any fan of "zombie" genre cannot possibly like this shitfest of a game. Dying Light 2 was million times better than this shit.
