[NBA] PC Upgrade

Guys, im getting the following upgrades:
Motherboard: Gigabyte GA-B75M-D3H

Processor: Core i3 3220

Ram: Kingston 8GB DDR3 1600

Wont change the GPU and PSU i currently possess.

GPU: GT450 superclocked

PSU: Xigmatek NRP PC502 500W

Need your suggestions on these. Also i googled "B75M-D3H issues" and a couple of Bios related issues came up (most of which were resolved by resetting the Bios) I wanted to know if anyone here has used this motherboard and what are the chances of this issue occurring on my PC after upgrading?

i am using same motherboard on my second system there is no issue at all its a great motherboard in very low range which support rams upto 32 gb and sli of two gpu
range which support rams upto 32 gb and sli of two gpu

The shopguy's bro has the same mobo and also says it works great for him but since i've already ordered it (will be getting it in 2 days, meaning i'll have to backup my data asap for a possible OS reinstallation) i cant help but worry if i'll experience these issues. Also, since the hardware is arriving soon, i cant control my excitement and it is clouding my judgement ._.

I'm a rather frugal gamer so i can make due with what i have right now (Check my PC specs) the only reason im upgrading it is because i have the opportunity and if the upgrade wont come with any strings attached.

your average specs are good for you no need to worry bro the mobo is just perfect for you feel free to use
