lol guys, my regular download speed is nowhere that fast, only in some rare instances (like getting up VERY early in the morning, or when half the colony is out thanks to load sheddings) i get speeds that high. Normally it dips around 10~20 kbps.

@vyrus, ye tum games direct download kahaan se kar rahey ho ? rapidshare ?

I get around 15~20 kb/s. Fast enough for me, don't need any more.

I don't have enough HD left to afford any higher speed too. I know I'll go download-crazy if I get a faster connection... and then will have to delete stuff, and I don't like to do that.

I get 55-60 kbs constant on direct downloads
65 kbs is the highest spped i get on 512kbs connection

on torrents i get get 50-59 kbs constant which r from private sites and 40-50kbs on torrents 4m public sites

@chandoo, yes some of them are direct links and some are rapidshare ! usually my cuzin in US uploads the games i ask on his ftp !

I also get 10-20 kps. I only download shows and stuff. When i decide to download games and stuff. I'll shift to DSL.

    170 + countries where Steam sells but PSN doesn't will lose access unless they use VPN

    You reap what you sow. This is what happens when you take away choice from consumers. Even with 88% split going to developers, they can't recoup costs. Meanwhile, Helldivers 2 is a massive hit for Sony thanks in big part to Steam.
