Guess nobody knows anything about watches on PG, even the OP. That seems like a replica of a Patek Phillipe Perpetual Calender, maybe a 3970 ER ,its hard to say. Original Patek Phillipes can be extremely expensive with some costing more than $100,000. The Patek Phillipe company is based in Geneva that is in Switzerland, not in Germany, lol.
