I am selling my Ps4 Fat 500Gb condition of the PS4 is 9/10, and it hasn't been repaired at all. The seal has been opened because it was cleaned and had its thermal paste changed a year ago. It comes with everything: the box, controller, cables, etc.
There's one issue: the PS4's Blu-ray drive runs some games but not others. However, I mostly play digital games on it and haven't tried using discs for a while.
