PlayStation Shareplay issues on Transworld

Salam! I live in karachi dha and have transworld 50 mbps download and upload speed. my latency is fine on eu and middle east servers for all games. however in the last 3-4 months I am unable to use shareplay with my friends. They can use share play with others so it's definitely a problem on my end. I have this issue on both PS4 and PS5 which makes me believe its an issue with my isp and not psn or my console. I have tried forwarding ports, opening upnp, putting ps in dmz, using google dns, cloudflare dns and using vpn via pc but sadly nothing helps. It used to work perfectly before that without any lag. Now when we join each others share play it disconnects after 30 seconds or so . I am paying for static ip therefore I have nat type 2 as well. i am connected via lan cable and i have tried 5 Ghz wifi connection too. Is anyone else facing this issue and would really appreciate if someone can suggest a solution. Thank you for your time and have a good day!

Edit: Goes without saying but yes I did contact transworld many times for it but they are as useful as a comb is to dwayne johnson. they just say everything is fine and while yes the basic parametres of connection are optimal , there is definitely something wrong which is causing issues with share play.

Since PTA has implemented WMS, I have been having weird issues with multiple games and Discord voice chat. Can't do much in this regressive country than just dealing with it. I have lived in KSA and there are internet restrictions there and they do block unlawful content without messing up other services, but in Pakistan its a different story.

Well i can confirm this sort of problem, back in 2012 i used to have zero delay at 400ms ping (Latency)
Now in 2022 there is weird delay in same game same server with 163ms ^.^
Obviously either there is really really "Pathetic" routing or someone is checking our bytes and then retransferring it to the host. This checking is definitely before leaving Pakistan. As far as i have read All "incoming" and "outgoing" Traffic of Pakistan is Currently being monitored by PTA or idk who, But its effecting Internet responsiveness by a lot.
I doubt there is a thing called "Secure Connection" anymore, why the hell would you sniff who is talking what on game's chat? or Private Messages. I wonder how much stuff is being monitored

    So i just found out that f***ing s***bag Microsoft shut down Arkane Studio (makers of the brilliant Dishonored series) and Tango Gameworks (makers of the iconic The Evil Within series), among some other studios.     Started Dead Island 2, and i find it pretty lame. The story is shit. The characters are either cringe or bland (all 6 of them), The gameplay isn't fun. Even the goddamn zombies don't behave like proper zombies. They're all fast & intelligent unlike how zombies are supposed to be like. Any fan of "zombie" genre cannot possibly like this shitfest of a game. Dying Light 2 was million times better than this shit.
