Hello,

So i'll keep it quite short and brief. I saw PayPal is in your NOT ALLOWED List which doesn't make any sense but i can understand you have problems that made you take that decision but most people here don't have a paypal account and rely on others to do the heavy lifting for them. PayPal is widely acceptable and trustable platform and we should supress our people NOT to use it while they can via some trusted people.

I am an exchanger i deal in paypal and other services including purchasing stuff online and from ebay etc. i have a few friends in karachi who order stuff and one its big enough they get the whole container.
My point is simple if you think its risky or people/members could get into trouble using its services make a group/verified seller where people can identify themselves before offering such services.

Just a humble opnion as there is a big market here for local pakistani's to get help without having to worry about all the headache and issues purchasing through paypal can cause.

Looking forward for a discussion before deletion of this thread.

what you are suggesting is money laundering .according to new rules passed on 1 Feb 2019 by Pakistan govt . Any service that doesnot give service in Pakistan and is still used is illegal .nobody in their right mind will use such service offered . Let alone lose money .

We allow [WTB] threads, so if anyone is looking for such services, he could make a thread, given that he's willing to take all the risk and not blame the community afterwards.

Verified sellers can't guarantee anything either. For instance if their PayPal gets limited, and the buyer gets charged back, there's nothing they both could do. So to save us from this hassle, we do not allow such activities.

So the people who are in need of making payment are doing it illegally?

I don't want to get started on it but its actually getting our economy boosted! The more people work for online/Global companies the more revenue we generate and also IT Sector of India makes whooping 7+ Billion Dollars and our total exports are not even a Billion.

All things aside its just for those people who NEEDS to do it and get scammed by sham and scamming people. I don't care what you think of me but it was totally a helping attempt. If you disagree, You have every right to.

Well exactly what i am trying to say. People get scammed all the time, Having Verified users or exchangers or someone who made some deals would be better.

Well we take full responsibility if the account goes down we cover for you ;)

But only in genuine cases if you buy something and say we need a refund that's not something we do and we are here since 8 Years so you better not be coming to waste time or scam attempt :)

Good luck, Good Day!

There are alternatives methods for making the payments .also enlighten me how many people in India use PayPal ? 84 percent people in India don’t use credit card and PayPal is only available in India if you have a credit card . The freelancers and exporters are using payoneer there to receive their payments .
And lastly to put things in perspective anything you do without following the law of the land is illegal.moving money around without proper documentation and without the knowledge of local authorities is a crime.

No offense but that's not the case with PayPal. See PayPal does not accept Pakistani bank accounts to be linked, therefore the money received (in whatever currency) never actually touches our economy. However, in other cases like moneygram, Payoneer (which we can directly link to our bank accounts), Pakistan surely gets a benefit in that case.

You reap what you sow. This is what happens when you take away choice from consumers. Even with 88% split going to developers, they can't recoup costs. Meanwhile, Helldivers 2 is a massive hit for Sony thanks in big part to Steam.
