because its a sacredly good series, they'll just have to make a good movie out of it and onimusha 3 is the PERFECT movie material, hell they used jean reno's motion capture AND voice work on it .

The characters are too damn good to be played by any one. Unless they choose very high profile actors it will never be good... It'd have been better if they created a CG Movie instead of Live action... Only that can justify the characters...
