Assalamualikum
Just yesterday I was lucky enough to buy prism+ pg270 ultra (4k 27" 144hz ips panel). However, right now I am facing two problems with it. 1st the brightness resets to 90 every time I turn it off and on again, which is too much for me. 2ndly when I turn it off it won't turn on again. I have to keep it plugged off for 3 to 5 mins only after that it will turn on again.
I would appreciate any help or advice on these matters. I already have send a request to prism official website and to the seller.
