oye guyz....i just bought soundblaster 5.1 card+ t6100 5.1 speakers yestrday.....the comp picked up the card n installed the drivers n stuff...but speakers are not giving otu any sound anythin.....i dun even know ke on hain kei naheen....man koi lights bhee naheen hain na!!....so tell me where m i goingf wrong....

checkout the connection settings, read the manual..BTW did U installed the sound-card properly? checkout the jacks configuration.

umm...the sound card was sound blater sumthing...for rs1100 and speakers got for rs4500....t6100....they r ok...gud but not gr8......not wat i expectd...cuz rear two speakers r totaly worthless as the front one sound much beter n clearer n the mid one is hopless too.....n the cables r small too so cant go back of room....duno...voice is geting distortd...not satisfied...

yaar i m surprized , My creative 4.1 give CRYSTAL CLEAR sound , As good quality as my home theatre, even after 2 years.
1 - Use the DIAGNOSTIC tool that came with ur sound card driver to see if u have made RIGHT connections.
2 - Clibrate the speakers using the software.
3 - Rear 2 speakers r for 3D SOUND EFFECTS. They usually work ONLYYYY while giving effects when watching movies, games . SELECT STEREO output form the console to make all speakers workk..
4 - T6100 is an awesome speakers , their POWER is moreee than mine.
5 - CHEKK the DEVICE MANAGER if any sound drivers r missing . ( this is usually the case)
