and syed shahzad786 this a thermal paste . you apply it between you heat producing component (such as you cpu or your graphics card's processor) and the heat sink and it helps in the heat transfer. meaning that that it can improve the temperatures. compared to the stock intel thermal paste this can decrease the temps by upto 8c.
it comes in a small sringe and you apply it just like you apply toothpaste on your tooth brush.
