@Susman, by Do it Youself, bro do you mean a tutorial. Well i might do that but i dont have a good camera to take pics/vids with. Only a nokia 7610 and a 1.3mg logitech webcam. Anyways, I will still try it.

@alienware, i appreciate your sayings a lot bro. InshAllah i will. And one of the things that really sets this case's doors apart is that i also painted the opposite side of the d doors mate black, but i think it is not visible in the pics. Now the inner side of the doors are more beautiful that the exterior .hahahaha


@NecroKiller, Yup bro you are damn rite. Well now i will be honest and tell you guys the truth. For the time being i havent done any thing to make it stay up. But ma intention was to install a mechanism in it so that it opens by itself. As the hoods of some expensive cars. But then the situations of Peshawar got a bit bad, and i forgot abt it.
Well after I hand over Rahim's Case to him, i might work on this one.

And ya guys dont talk abt cable mangement rite now,haha coz there arent much cables inside, lol. I now sold ma dual core,gfx card, mobo and much more things.
Now its only a P4 with a simple mobo and only some cables.


And ya guys, now if u want a tutorial of it, i can just do this that i can explain everythin with writting but no images.

Thanx to Janasheen, bro fan ban ney ki zaroorat nahin hain. I think u are also a great modder. If u are a fan of me then i will think of you as a modder in a lower stage than me. And i never want that to happen to anyone.
Therefore instead of being a fan, u can be a friend of mine. And that way we can be equal and also help each other as Shajeel bhai always helps me.

@Shajeel bhai, ya bro we will talk abt that. I think that car hood mechanism will be possible but i havent worked on it and i had completely forgotten to complete this mod. I did this like abt a month ago.

To be honest, I didnt really think that u would like this mod a lot. I thought of it as an average one and thought that u would jus say, ehhhh good ali, wanna see this on it , and so one some average comments.
But man u guys really cheered me up.







Any ways here is the tutorial in words.


First of all find these hinges from any hardware store and they are easily available. The local word for it here in Peshawar is QABZA, i dont know about other areas, might be the same.

Once u find d hinges, get a dozen of half inch nuts and bolts. and install the hinges on ur case. There would be holes on the border, where the edge of the side panel meets the case. U should arrange the holes of the hinges, with those holes in some way, and then screw the nuts and bolts.

NOTE: the nuts and the part of the bolt that is left should be inside the case of the hinge wont close.

Now the tricky part is here.
On back side of your side panel you will find a folded metal part near the border, this helps in a tight fit with the chasis. You should unfold that part with the help of a couple of pliers,a hammer and a screw driver.
There are also some kind of clips at other borders of the sidepanel, this is also so that the side panel fits tightly. You should also make this flat with the help of a hammer only.
Once this is done go for the next part.

Now all the borders of the side panel are flat and one side of the hinge is attached to the chasis. Lie the case on its side, and turn the hinge so that it is open.

Now put the side panel in its place and see that everything is perfectly at its exact place. Now turn the hinge so that now one part is folded on the side panel. Get a marker and mark where the holes of the hinge are, i-e put its nib inside the hole so that the sign is left on the side panel.

Now you have to drill some 3mm holes on the marked areas of the side panel.

Once the drilling is done, go on and attach the side panel to the hinge, with the help of the same 1/2" bolts.

NOTE: Now the nuts and the part that is left from the bolts should be towards the exterior of the side panel. In this way both the heads of the bolts are inside the hinge and it will close with out any problem.

And now you are done with installed the hinges and the side panel at the rite places, now if you dont want the golden colour of the hinges, u can paint it any colour you want as i have done, mate black.

Note: U can also use pop rivets instead of nuts and bolts.

Great Work Ali, really innovative stuff...amazingly impressive.....and for the mechanism for the side panel to stay up..i think u can easily find a hydraulic arm...like the ones installed in car boot (Digi) from the bara-market or any second hand car parts dealers.... i think that should completely solve the panel auto rise and remain up without any external support with an addition
of a small push button to lock the panel in place ...
