    Took a little time to research but here Intel Core i5-3470, Gigabyte Radeon R9 270X - LordIT - Coloneltreavy's Saved Part List - PCPartPicker This sits exactly in his budget but I couldn't fit in a SSD. I am pretty sure a little more optimization over these specs would make for a perfect rig.
