Optix IPTV
Just as an update, Optix now offers a smart tv app for watching IPTV so you don't need to buy their box anymore (or attempt the juggars above). Much more convenient too as you don't have to manage multiple remote controls and everything's on your TV.- socraticsteely

Optix A Good Alternative to StormFiber?
Been a happy Optix user since 2018, DHA Phase 5 Lahore. Their issue resolution time is really good and I think the Xtream 20 promo that provides 40 mbps speed is pretty reasonable in my opinion and I have never seen it below that. Ever. Thanks very much for your reply, I appreciate it. Unfortunately it's the same error with http://10.11.11.5/stalker_portal as well. Maybe they have changed their security settings or something. Anyways, I'll just sideload the Optix Xtream TV app to my smart TV.- socraticsteely

Warzone - PTCL - Nat Type.
I believe NAT type is always Moderate in Pakistan (unless you mess up your router's settings making it Strict) due to PTA's backend stuff which is not in our control (traffic shaping, censorship... etc). Unless of course the publishers start hosting servers in Pakistan which so far I believe...- socraticsteely

Can you please confirm the server address that you are using? The helpline provided me with this server URL: http://10.11.11.5/stalker_portal/c/ but the Ministra app on my TV is saying Wrong portal url. Error No2- socraticsteely

Thanks for the response, good to know the forums are not totally dead and there's more to PG than the marketplace. Yea I've heard good things about StormFiber too, they're the first ones to enable dual stack IPv4/IPv6. I just hope they are accommodating to power users and allow setting the ONT...- socraticsteely

Is there any way to watch Optix IPTV through a smart tv app? I have the box but I hate having to switch to the HDMI input and then using the set top box's remote control. Which of these ISPs is gamer friendly? I would like to use my own gaming router by setting the ONT in bridge mode. Don't want double-NAT. I have heard PTCL doesn't allow bridge mode and won't provide PPPoE credentials for those on Flash Fiber.- socraticsteely
