    I just upgraded from 3570 to 8500, and my temps would be at max 70 degrees under load (gaming) with CPU-heavy games on the 3570.     Haven't played for a few weeks now but last I played, as long as there were no other bandwidth hogging transmissions happening at the time, there was no rubber banding at all. Hitting enemies was fine as well. Never got damage whilst going into cover either.

    As I said, I have Nayatel's optimus addon enabled which optimizes routes for gaming (and in general, internet usage as well). I can choose my routes to be optimized for either Eastern or Western servers. Usually I keep it set to Western servers.
