having packet loss since thursday in dota 2...every 5-10 mins the game will get stuck, i cant move my hero (I'll get audio and some visual effects) During that time I get messages in console such as 40-80% packets dropped etc here are my line stats https://imgur.com/a/1oNlncc any advice...- scoutnemesis

I have heard that it is now unplayable in countries which do not support handful of third world countries not recognized by Sony like Pakistan. Steam is a true global platform.Then they cry that console gaming is dying.
