I just checked and it's an added measure against spam. The problem will go away once the user cross 10 posts.
Did you confirm your account registration by clicking the link that was sent to you via email? You also need to accept the forum rules formally. In short, It's an account issue at your end.
Regardless, I've approved your posts. They should be visible now. But this issue may crop up again unless you fulfill the two things I mentioned above
