It isn't factory unlocked. It is unlocked by X Sim which can be updated to iOS 7 using an update adapter (available at any iphone unlock shop). Of course all types of SIMs work with it. You can get it unlocked for around 5k.
I can guarantee that their isn't ANY fault at all with it. Every button works perfectly and it's SCRATCHLESS.
My final price would be 26,500 Rs for the iPhone + Original Charger + Data Cable + Free Jailbreak if you're interested.
