    By the way if we look at this from a chronological standpoint, the BR's return isn't a surprise. The story states that the Battle Rifle is the successor of the DMR and though DMR was still in use after the BR was made by the UNSC, it was only used in certain military operations only. Otherwise the BR was the most commonly issued standard Rifle.

    ....and since the story of Halo 4 takes place immediately after Halo 3, there's no reason the BR shouldn't be there. I don't know about you but i think the DMR is still a harder weapon to use than the Battle Rifle no?

    Yaar ranks can't be done in Reach now really. Bohot der ho chuki hai...and its not really 343's fault for not implementing ranks in reach and there's a pretty fair explanation for that.

    To implement the "TruSkill" 1-50 ranks in Reach, they'll have to get programmers to completely break apart the reach code and fit in the Ranking system and then there will be prolonged testing and bug fixing to ensure that the system actually works when its put through its paces on Matchmaking. Breaking open the code of the game now can have unpredictable new set of glitches which may take time to overcome.

    Then they'll have to get designers to completely overhaul the User Interface that we see in our lobby so we can see the ranks. Then the same will have to be done on the website and waghera waghera. So you see there's just too much required to pull this off, and with AAALLLL of the man power working on finishing Halo 4.....Its just not possible at all.

    hahaha Yes yes i've seen this one about the time it came out :lol: Honestly can't agree more with what he said but some of the requests he made for 343 were later discussed by the 343 guys regarding implementation of a ranking system in the MLG playlist. Its just how the game is built and that huge of a change is just not possible at the moment

    Right after the BTH vs Instinct series, Instinct won that and immediately started scrimming with NTN.



    ...and Oh my God! Snip3down was playing like he had an aim bot or something. I shit you not, he barely lost a 1v1 battle and was pooping on everyone no-shields! One of the best streams i've ever watched in a long while. Honestly this was pure entertainment. NTN beat instinct 5-2 thanks to snip3down 5-shoting everyone.
