Run 3dmark to see if it crashes... If it completes the test then the overclock is stable...And how r u playing bf3 on it ??? i had 8800gt ADE and i cud barely play it on minimum graphics...
bro you will not get huge difference in games for fps
overclocking this card may be risky or it cant overclock at all. no noticeable performance boost you get. so better to use it at its current clocks which are default.
if you successful in overclocking this gpu still you will get not more than 1 or 2 fps in games.

but in my point of view it still has some juice coz its capable of running the games until 2011 esp the bf3 so i am happy with it just want know are these oc frequencies ok for my card or it could cause any harms to it

Its a relatively weak card... U cant overclock this card much and even if u do, its not going to boost any performance or so... hardly 1 fps id say..

They are the same performance wise in visual and other. the ich9 is actually the improved version of ich7 adding more memory lanes support. AHCI support and nothing more or less. but the PATA support is actually remove from it. if you are getting both of them in the same price choose the ich9 but why dont you go for ddr3 motherboard ???
