Sallu bro.

Updated the web UI for Charji E5377 and Now its stuck at Welcome Logo and when connected through Cable its not accepting username password. Also tried Resetting the device and now it has lost charji profile.

Help Recover almost dead Zong e5573-320 device
Assalam u alaikum

Sorry to send you a personal message but dont know where to post it. I have searched too much but cant reach any point. I found that you have good knowledge about the device.
Mere pass Zong 5573-320 already unlocked device hai. Kal raat ko firmware update ka message aya. I updated it but 5 ghantay tak it remained on 99% so i turned it down and now device is bricked. Computer cannot detect it properly with message unknown device. On first connect computer tries to install laikn it cannot with error. Phr I tried every thing device manager say by manually installing driver and firmware downgrade kernay ki koshish ki but I get Error Code:12 Get device information failed!
Can you guide me towards something? I will greatly thankful.
