    Ah man thanks for this. Going on another subnet seems to have completely fixed my problem :) As for PTCL "Customer Support", they still suck :P

    I've mentioned before that this occurs even if I isolate the dsl router i.e. Turning off wifi router and connecting one pc only to it. So if someone's wifi SSID was changed to "PTCL-SUCKS", then it's probably me who did it :-P

    this sure is one lame way to check traffic usage of an ISP. Why dont they just build a portal and spare their pathetic customer service folks some "work" too.

    THAT i've done... the PTCL guy showed up 3 days ago and said he's gonna change the router and the phone number on next visit.... havent heard from them since. I'm guessing it'll be on Monday now.

    i am the only user. This issue happens even if the dsl modem is connected to telephone line and one PC only. Yes, i know i'll still be able to access my modem page when phone line is disconnected. This is normal. But if i connect the telephone line, some other user's page is displayed...

    Actually it seems they've banned everything google except Search, Gmail and GTalk. Google Maps, Plus, Code, API, Play Store, Docs and what not, they all seem to be blocked.
