hi my name is usman yes xbox live works in pakistan i have been playing on xbox live for about 4 years......12 month live gold membership is easily available in pakistan yes u can also modifiy ur console as well everyone is playing on a modded console but remember this have ur xbox mod with latest firmware iextreme LT+ 1.0 or 1.2......LT 1.7 is not safe on live LT+ 1.0 or 1.2 both are safe i hope this helped.
