yes u can burn games using sony dvd writer and yes just extract those file and just burn .dvd file.
you cant play region locked games, the only way to play them is to get the game of that region only. But i know that there is a way to hack ur xbox360...its through infectus chip....but i dont really know how it works...ask shayansheraz...he knows quiet alot about such stuff.

where did u buy ur console from?...if you bought it from pakistan 90% chance is that its either NTSC J or PAL. and i hate to be the bearer of bad news...but DBZ image that i have wont work on ur console...the game is region locked.
dude theres no such thing as a paki xbox360 lol..check the region of your console. If its a NTSC/UC console...it will definitly work, not on PAL or NTSCJ -
